Error 404 page not found

I am making a copy from the server productión to a test server. But when a try to acces to the page i get: 

This testing-privun page can’t be found

No webpage was found for the web address: https://testing-server/customer/account/login/

HTTP ERROR 404

I have spending a long time to try solving this issue.

-I put the file .htaccess in the root folder and pub folter too(it have the correct config).

-The root folder have the correct permisions.

-The correct configuration in the apache file .conf.

-The database core_config_data redirect correctly to the url.

I dont know what else to do. Do anybody an idea for help me please?

Please try to access by this URL https://testing-server/index.php/customer/account/login - If it works then Please enable mode rewrite php extension

I had already tried, but didnt work. Aniway i tried with https://testing-server/index.php/customer/account/login  - but the error still the same. :/
