I get this error message on the checkout page:

Fatal error: Undefined class constant 'MERCHANT_COUNTRY_CONFIG_PATH' in /[installation folder]/app/code/core/Mage/Paypal/Model/Config.php on line 796

The PayPal setup seems to be fine (as attached image) and I'm using Magento 1.9.0.1, my store is in Canada.
