Error: SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'names.product_id' in 'where clause'

Hi there,

 

We have a client who is running a site with an old version of Magento (1.6.1.0) - old I know - and when they add products the following error is displaying:


SQLSTATE[42S22]: Column not found: 1054 Unknown column 'names.product_id' in 'where clause'

 

Has anyone else experienced this before and if so, know what to do to fix?
