Errors in Region database

Hi, we have a fairly new magento website and I have just noticed that some of the regions in check out are incorrect. Is there anywhere I can down load a correct table so I can import it in to my database.

You need to go to the database, find your database related to your projects and find table name with directory_country_region Where all your country and region relation are stored.

I have found the database and been able to extract the information.

I need to know where I can get a correct version of the file to import back into the database?
