So none of my modules are working anymore, I suspect it has something to do with filesystem permissions from the research i've done to fix this. This happened after installing SSL certificate on the site, if it can five anyone a cue I don't see..
Permissions on FS are 755 directories and 644 for files.
I've tried changing to 777 recursively for folders /var/ and /app/code/community/ without success
Magento connect is gone from admin menu.
