New to Magento, have installed verison 1.9.4.2 and following tutorial videos to help me learn the system, i got to the section it talk about footer links but it only seems to be showing Quick links, Account and Newsletter. I have tried the fix with adding permission to blocks by adding cms/block but it still doesn't seem to be showing the static block footer links.
Any help would be amazing.
