I have a webshop and most of our orders get shipped to the customers. We now have a pick-up option which means the customer can come to us and pick up the order. Normally we would process the order by creating a shipment with then leads to the page where I print the shipping labels. But if a customer pickups up the we don't have to do that. However I still want to process the order so it does not show as processing but complete. How do I do that? Or what are my options?
