I can't fine a block of homepage to be able to change it

Hi there 

I am a beginner in magento

I want to change a block in the homepage but I can't find it

this is the code

I also tried to find it in static block but I couldn't 

can anybody help me in this case

@Poison Ivy Refer menu Content >> Pages  for Magento 2 And CMS >> Pages for Magento1

Edit home page and follow Content tab.

you are right , all the blocks are created there 

I just can't find this particular block however it exists and it is shown on home page

This block might actually be showing in the design tab of the Page or stated in a layout file.
