I would like to have the configurable swatches labels visible even after the item went "out of stock

I would like to acquire the configurable swatches labels inside the getJsonConfig() of the Mage_Catalog_Block_Product_View_Type_Configurable, but I don't know how to do that.

 

But I do not wish to use a third party extension.

 

Please, could someone help me to do that?
