Importing products in bulk

Hi, I am trying to import my products in bulk with HMTL formatting for the descriptions.

If I try to add more than 20 at a time I get "General system exception happened"

Is there a specific formatting I need? or is there an addon that can handle this?

Also can the 2mb file size limit be raised? We have 15,000 SKU's to add.
