Is there a WYSIWYG editor inside Magento?

Hi,

Recently I just gotten my site from my developer and when I want to edit the pages content, I realised that the page is all in HTML. Is there any WYSIWYG editor inside Magento admin area? Or do I have to install plugins?

Any help will be appreciated, thank you!

Hi, 

Magento gives us some WYSIWYG Editor for some pages like contact us ou about-us.

To use it, you can log into admin area and go to "CMS => pages"  or "CMS => Static blocks".

If you want to custom your categories too, you can create a custom static block and reference it into your category. 

To reference your block, go to "Catalog -> Manage Categories -> "select your category" -> display settings and choose your CMS block.

For other pages, I don't know.

Thank you for your help. The following is one of my pages under CMS >> Pages. But I can't see any option to enable WYSIWYG editor.. it is all in HTML..

Press Show / Hide editor button to use WYSIWYG editor. Be careful through as this may break you pages visual presentation.
