We have Magento Enterprise edition 1.12 and using FatZebra as a payment method.
We observed that when the traffic is more some of the transactions are failing with error "Reference is already taken".
This is because Magento is not able to generate new increment id for a new order sometimes, and FatZebra module is sending the already processed order id.
- We are not sure why this is happening sometimes. This issue is not always there so, difficult to trace it.
Anyone has steps to reproduce this issue or a fix for it?
