My Setup:
Category Top and it's child category, Products, are both anchors. I do not have any products directly assigned to Category Top. Both categories implement layered navigation.
My problem is that one of the dropdown attribute filters is not showing all of the options that have been assigned to products.
I've tried re-saving the product, reindexing, and clearing cache but I cannot get the attribute to show the option associated with the product.
Which Magento processes manage layered navigation attribute output?
