Magento 1.9.1 mixed content errors using Cloudflare.

Hello All,

I am having issues with magento and cloudflare flexible ssl. I receive mixed content errors mostly regarding css style sheets. I have read that changing http://somecssstylesheet.com to //somecssstylesheet.com with correct the issue. The problem Im having is where in magento would that change be made?
