Magento 1.9.2.3 with theme

Hi everyone.

Currently installed a new magento theme on a fresh magento 1.9.2.3. Now im having issues registering custumer accounts. It just refreshes after i submit. Please can anyone guide me with this issue. Thanks

Was the theme working with 1.9.2.2?  What was the last version the theme was running on?

I'm having same issue with custom theme i'm using porto But strangly customer registration is working with RWD theme.

I tried everything i could but nothing happens.

If you're able to solve the issue please post here.
