This is a question relating to a clients website we have at the moment, which uses Magento 1.9:

The problem is that the email-address is set as a mandatory field on customer checkout, but it doesn't show up in the actual "orders" or in email confimations. I would be massively grateful if anybody could shed some light on why this might be and any fix.
