Anybody can you help me this error in Creating Shipping Label in Admin Panel of Magento 1.9?
I reached the DHL support they checked the DHL Credentials, Shipping Origin, General Store Info. They said everything are well configured, there are no problems with there part, the problem is in Magento.
The full message error was "Error #111: Error in parsing request XML:Error: Element type "New Shipper" must be declared at line 2, columns 321."
