Magento DHL issues dutyable

Hi to all,

I've some issue to shipping in USA from Italy using DHL magento extension.

We've got "This shipping method is currently unavailable. If you would like to ship using this shipping method, please contact us."

All DHL configurations are ok.

All Shipping and other configuration are ok for shipping in USA.

Is there a new version of that module or tricks for resolve these issues.

Can you check again the credentials?

Maybe you are in test mode? (In that case, can you try on Live mode?)

Hi Damian,
the module is working in live mode,
just for USA we have issues,
because isn’t show as shipping method in Cart.

And we have no idea of why.

Is there a new version of this extension?
