Magento feed problems

Our feed on our magento shop www.gearexperten.dk have stopped working. We use www.shoppingeeder.com and cannot connect to our feed on our magento shop. Has been in dialogue with shoppingfeeder.com but there is no error codes, so we cannot see what goes wrong and there is nothing to see in the error logs. Someone who has an idea of what might be wrong?

We have also tried other systems, but they also cannot download anything from our side.

@mrstendal Without any error Or looking code its difficult to address actual issue reason. But do make sure below things.

1. Credentials which you are using is not expired ?

2.Contact to Shopinggeeder with your account to check the status. 

3. Enable Magento error log (If not enable) from menu System >> Configuration >> Developer >> Log Settings

If above all points are okay then issue might be on coding side, take a help of programmer for identify issue.
