Magiccart/Magic menu/Manage Extra menu is not working

Hello guys, I'm very new

And I have a problem. I'm working on a Magento ver. 1.9.3.1 and the Magiccart/Magic menu/Manage Extra menu is dead It shows some code that makes no sense to me and it opens slowly.

Can somebody can help me?
