An SEO analysis has found that our homepage is missing alt tags for images relating to the Magentothem banner1 such as the following:
<a href="http://www.martcom.co.uk/monitors.html?condition=4019" title=""><img src="http://lghttp.29704.nexcesscdn.net/80C36D/magento/media/magentothem/banner1/Monitors.png" width="659" height="399" <no alt-tag here> /></a>
In the magentothem admin pages, the description for each banner item is populated but there doesn't appear to be any other place to define an ALT tag.
Does anybody know how I can add the alt tags?
I am using Magento 1.8.1
