I have moved the website from a dedicated hosting provider to a shared hosting provider and setup the cron job which is running every 10 mins. However, the emails in core_email_queue are not been processed and have a null value in "processed at" field.
Other emails are being delivered correctly and I cannot see any errors being generated in the log files.
Please help somebody?
