I have an addon for my magento that shows reward points blocks on the product pages, but its not working when customers are not logged in. After talking with the support they told me "object customer is missing customer group ID in your store. Even anonymous customers must have this ID - this is native Magento behavior, but they do not have it in your Magento". I have tried a few things but can't get it to work, any idea how to solve this problem?
