Order email not going. Cron job error

Hi,

 

Suddenly my order emails are not working and i have to manually go and check web orders. I am getting the following cronjob error. Can someone guide me (keeping in mind that i am not a techy) so that i can solve this problem? Help will be much appreciated.

This message means that PHP is missing two must have modules: Mcrypt and SOAP. Perhaps somebody upgraded PHP and forgot to install those as well?
