Created an Order using dummy VISA credit card details and from the same Order reordered same order and "Failure contacting payment gateway! " message pop up.Then changed the payment method to COD and created new Order ,in such scenario One Order id gets missed .Suppose id should be 314 in Magento but it got missed and 315 gets created.
