Password Reset Issue -- Comment out First/Last Name cannot be empty error

Hi all,

I am having an issue with the password reset (Magento ver. 1.9.0.1). Many customers do not have a first and last name filled in their customer records in Magento. When they click on the password link they are unable to go any further since they are prompted to enter their first and last name. Where would I go to comment out the code that requires first and last name for the password reset?

Hi @moxieco,

The reset password form only requires your email in order to send the link for the password reset through email.

Have you customized the reset password form in your website?
