Our website is sending out Emails after people check out with PayPal that say "Payment Failed Email" on all Paypal Express orders, but the orders and payments are processing fine. So it seems like a Magento issue not a PayPal issue? Does anyone have any knowledge of this and why it may be happening and what needs to be done to fix it?
