Hi, I am running 188.8.131.52 Community. I have Paypal Express set up as one of my payment methods. Once in a while I am getting the following email.
Payment transaction failed.
Please agree to all the terms and conditions before placing the order.

Below that its the order details with all the info.
When I look into the Sales report that order is actually processed just fine.
What is the reason that I am receiving this error email?
I experience the same, however on my system, the order is not placed until the customer actually ticks the terms and conditions (which he or she most often does just seconds later).
I consider this a bug, as that is not a transaction failure that should be reported by email.
