I'm experiencing a problem with the checkout on my Magento 1.8.1 site.
Customers with iOS devices report that they are unable to click the Place Order button on the checkout due to it being grayed out and disabled.
The problem is intermittent and hard to reproduce but happens several times each day. Happens equally with the one page checkout plugin we have installed and the standard Magento checkout.
Doesn't matter what is in the cart or what the shipping or payment method is.
The 'solution' we have to tell customers is to create an account to preserve their cart contents and to then checkout from another device. This is not ideal.
Can anyone tell me what could cause the Place Order button to be disabled? What validation is there on the checkout page that can gray the button out?
Any ideas?
