Pricing sync with ebay using M2Epro

HI,

We are using M2epro to list items on ebay.  We are sending the system price on ebay. We are currently running a promotion exclusively on ebay wherein we are offering 40% off the price using markdown manager. Within few minutes the price on ebay is replaced with the magento price and the promotion is removed on the items. Right now we have stopped syncing items between ebay and magento but looking for a permanent solution to this. Mailed M2Epro support but not yet received any response so far.

Hi @Brakeneeds, did you hear back from @M2E_Pro? You'll likely need to go through their support for resolution as it's a third party extension.

Thanks for your reply. We are in touch with M2Epro support but have not received a solution so far. Also, we are in auto parts industry and we list our products both on eBay and Amazon. Can you please suggest an extension which can help us seel on these marketplaces as M2Epro is good but has its limitations.
