Problem account time

Hi everyone,

I'm a boy and I recently worked with Magento ver.1.9.0.1

When I edit a "static block" the Magento account automatically disconnects.

I tried to chek the account connection time, but nothing.

I'm trying to change a static block on the home page.

When I save the change, my Magento account disconnects.

Hi @andrea_letizia,

Is it happening only for static page changes or for any changes which you are making in admin side? Like suppose, you are making changes in CMS page or changing any product attribute value, so is it happening at that time also?

Hi @Ketika M,

no, it only happens when I try to change a link in the Home Page of the site(in the footer).

When I try to save the changed page I find myself on the log in page.

Hi @Alberto1987

Assuming that you already checked the "Session Lifetime" field and set the value here. But if you are facing such issue then you can try to flush the cache "Flush Cache Storage". And after flushing it, you can try to save your changes.
