Problem with my google map extension

Can any one help me on my Google map every time i try to open in admin it shows

i have never open it from day  one .

Hi Gitex,

Please check that file to have read permission.

Please also try to open it on another web browsers, example on firefox, safari.

Plese let me know if the issue still happen.
