Product Image not Loading & Can't upload new image on backend

We didnt make any updates on our site.  2 days ago, a few of our users on the backend were unable to view or upload new product images.  Now no one else can upload the product images. Our browse and upload buttons are still there. We are able to open a window and select an image from our desktop, but upon the upload, it says complete but doesnt refresh the browser to show the new upload image. Please advise, thank you.

Never mind, I figure it out. I had to slowly go back to my ftp and see what files were modified and revert them slowly.  Apparently there was a conflict with one of our extension.

we've found some compatibility issues with CJM_ColorSelectorPlus.

Was trying to update patch 8788
