Product Reviews have option of 10 stars

I'm trying to get our customers to give our products more reviews but when people do, they are given an option of 1 to 10 stars. Then, when the product is viewed, it only shows the product as being rated out of 5 stars.

Is anyone else having this problem? If so, how can we fix it so that the user reviewing the product is only given an option of 5 stars?

I have noticed the same iss 5 stars are showing but there are option for 10 bullet points... Not sure how to delete he other remaining 5 bulletd.

Any ideas how to remove additional 5 bullets ?

Can you provide a link to the site you're referencing? This might be a simple configuration adjustment or something more complex.
