Rel Canonical on HTTP Version vs HTTPS

Hello Magento Community.

Quick question, in the source code of category pages I'm seeing that the rel=canonical is being set as the HTTP version of the page. 

I would like to change this to HTTPs. Where can this be set?

Set unsecure_base_url to https and that should do it. You might need to reindex too.

It's already set to https

As @denialdesign sugessted change the unsecure base url and as a good measure check your secure base url too. You will definitly need to clear the cache and reindex to see the change on the front end. Which version are you using?
