how to remove the items number (eg. Items 1 - 12 of 116) for the front  of description displayed in the google search without removing from website ???

Have you submitted your sitemap to google? When was it last indexed?

no, it was never a part of the meta description

yes sitemap is already submitted in google and website was last indexed at 29 Feb (indexed after every 2 days)
