I don't know if this might help you, but these are some of the things I did to get it resolved:

  1. Refreshed All Cache Types
  2. Disabled All Cache Types
  3. Reindexed All Magento Data
  4. Enabled All Cache Types
  5. Flushed Magento Cache and Storage
  6. Flushed All LiteMage Cache
  7. Resetted all Stores "Warm-Up" under the LiteMage Crawler Warm-up Status
  8. Under LiteMage settings, I chose "distinguish between logged-in vs. logged out users" for the setting "Separated Cache Copy per Customer Group"
  9. Manually deleted all cache files and sessions (in the file manager of my cPanel)
  10. I set the Cookie Path to "/" and Cookie Domain to ".domain.com"
  11. Updated Cookie Lifetime to 86400

Hope this helps! I was having the same issue as you and customers were unable to login to their accounts.
