I am using Magento version 1.9.2.0 and when any word is entered into the search bar, all the products are coming in the result.
I need to fix this issue asap.

I have unchecked "In Anchor" option for the default/root category and now nothing shows up in search result.
However, when I used advanced search, correct product shows up. There is an issue with normal search.
