When I tried to start Magento, I got an error message. Due to the error, I cannot open the admin page even.

Can you share exact error you are getting ? if this the only error " Service Temporarily Unavailable", is there any number of error ?

Most probably it's server error, check with your hosting once.

can you share after which process you got this ?
restart your server, still no luck then exit code in index.php if getting there then it's magento issue.

Yes, I am still unable to solve it. I am trying to ask Magento support if they can help me out as it seems Magento issue.
