Setting up API to connect to Zapier - Not succesful

Hi,

I have set up an API to connect our site to Zapier, and it fails every time with this error:  https://www.screencast.com/t/CnIgA12j1vd

I have spoken to Zapier and they said I need to investigate further, which I am now doing.  And I thought I would post on here to see if anyone has had the same issue and found a solution? 

I have checked with our server company and confirm the URL for API is not blocked.

This is the URL: https://www.ourdomain.com/index.php/api/xmlrpc/  and https://www.ourdomain.com/api/xmlrpc/ both give 404 errors according to Zapier, they tested both, just in case I was using the wrong URL

And I have tested with https://www.ourdomain.com/bkoffice which is the admin login, and just the domain: https://www.ourdomain.com/

@theMageComp  Many thanks for that, but I cannot see what the connection is. 

I am trying to connect to Magento v1, directly with magento API.  

They are trying to connect with WebFlow CMS a completely different website framework. 

Although I will try to connect to Google sheets, maybe that is different.  Although it isn't a solution for me.
