I just upgraded to 1.9.2.2 from 1.8 and the live store with the 1.8 Had all the correct options for the customers to choose which shipping they wanted. In the new template and the 1.9.2.2 I have everything working except the shipping. The Flat rate works, however the free shipping with less than min order does not work. I have the valid URLS for the post office, I have had them refresh my URL's I copied everything exactly from the admin in the 1.8 site, to the 1.9.2.2 and again only flat rate will work. Does anyone have some suggestions. I have read most everything, I have the shortened zip code not the long one.
I have cleared the cache, I have tried just utilizing the United States for Countries, US and Canada, US, Canada and Europe. Not anything works except the flat rate like I said.
