I'm currently trying to help a friend out on his Magento website. It's the first time that I work with Magento and I can't find out how to debug the following problem:
Every time when I try to approve a shipment of a sale in the admin area I get an 404-Error. The URL it tries to access looks as follow, http://DOMAIN.COM/index.php/adminXXXX/sales_order_shipment/save/order_id/XX/key/beb7f---------------...
Did anybody ever encounter this problem or can anybody give me some directions on how to debug this ?
