Shopping Cart View & Checkout Display Issue - Slow jquery problem?

Today we experienced a problem with our shopping cart display both during our add to cart and direct my cart link. It is very slow to display could take minutes or not display at all. Could this be jquery/prototype issue? Never experienced it before. Anyone could provide information that would be great!

- Use default/rwd theme for check theme problem

- Disable all extensions installed for find out whichs the extension get that problem

- Check error logs (var/log or it will be in root directory )

- FFlush cache
