Slider Banner Image LINKS not working

Hi there,

I'm looking after a site for a friend and trying to link the sliding images on the homepage to a URL but it does not appear to be working. The static image blocks are linking fine but I can't get rotating ones to work. See below screenshot of CMS>Static Block> Sliders coding.

Please help!!!
