Some Product Pages Can Not Be Edited

Hello,

We are having an issue saving some product pages in Magento. When trying to save the changes, it reverts back to the dashboard and the edit does not change. This is not an issue with all pages, but with a good amount. Any tips to help fix this?

Hey,

Log into Magento admin area. From the left menu, go to Catalog > Products. Filter and click on the product you want to edit. In the product edit area, make the changes. Once all changes have been made, Save in top right.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately, the issue is not knowig how to save, that I'm well versed in. What is happening is the changes are not saving for some items. When I click save and continue, magento reverts back to the main admin dashboard, and the changes I made do not save. Any idea on what would cause that and how I can fixt it? It's not all items, but it;s a good amount.

There is portably something in your log files that is written when this happens that will help you understand what the issue is and how to fix it.

@toniagency82ed I just checked my log files and I am not seeing any errors about Magento. Unless I am looking in the wrong area

@joshetodoo8390 in your Magento root folder, go into /var/log/ and examine those. Especially exception.log file.
