Table Rates Import Error

Hello Magento Community Forum.

Please I first exported the table rates and filled in the details. I did not edit the headers. But when I tried importing it, it shows error saying "Invalid Table Rate File Format."  Please community, what could be wrong? I have attached a picture of the file I tried importing. I am using magento 1.9.2.4.

Which editor are you using to create the file?

Please edit the file with notepad and check if it is comma separated and enclosed in the quotes.

I am using openofficedoc. I thought that is the standard one. Can't it be done with openofficedoc?

Try to format file using openoffice calc and while saving save as utf-8 encoding and check it works for you.
