There has been an error processing your request

Hi,

 

After trying to clear the cash on the admin panel i got this error:

 

There has been an error processing your request

Exception printing is disabled by default for security reasons.

Error log record number: 410088291229

Is there someone who can help me with this issue?

Go to var/reports folder in Magento root folder and open the file named as 410088291229 and see what is stated there.

 

Also post that content in the question so that some one may be able to help you.

Hi,

 

There is nothing in the folder var/reports ...

 

I am powerless and do know what to do...

Is there anything in var/ log/exception.log or var/log/system.log?
