Translation does not overtake all

Hello,

I have to translate a shop in Bulgarian language. I took the language pack which unfortunately not complete as you can see here:  http://bit.ly/1H3aGTG

The shop uses the Ultimo MAgento theme and I added a translate.csv in locale under bg_BG. Some of the translations work but some not.  

What can I do to translate the terms that are still in English on the site?

I would recommend you to install the free extension PhpProTranslate : you can enable logs, browse the site and you will be able to translate all non translated stringsm easily from backend.
