Hello,
We've recently upgraded to v3.6.3, and it seems to work fine, until someone makes a payment on the site - the payment takes quite a while to process whilst the customer gets the "please wait" message, and then they get a success message, but 2 orders are created in Magento for the same customer / payment.
On the test I've just done the orders are created 21 seconds apart in Magento.
One order (the first one to be created) doesn't show anything under the payment information, See here

The payment was successful , but I voided the payment as it was only a test purchase
Any ideas why this could be?
