Under Admin Catalog/Manage Products and the Product Images page displayed, do you have the radio buttons selected for Base Image, Thumbnail, and Small image?
I tried every combination , Base Image, Thumbnail, Small image, one two or three selected at a time...
Can you post a link to the product in your store?
I uninstalled Chrome, and switched to FireFox, and the images started appearing.
